What it does

Optional add-ons
Upload a site plan PDF on a draft estimate; DocketCRM extracts BMP quantities and surfaces matching products from your catalog under a "Recommended from plan" header. The rep still chooses what to add — the tool drafts, it does not commit.
Optional AI tools are configured per tenant and scoped to specific jobs, like reading site plans or drafting product recommendations. DocketCRM keeps reps in control: AI suggests, your team approves.
A typical day at the order desk
Live demo runs on a sandbox tenant with your company name on it. We send you CSV templates for products, customers, and carriers; you fill what you have, we map your column names to DocketCRM's schema before the call so the walkthrough uses your real catalog instead of canned data.
